just formated 32 usb took everything off box inserted usb put everything back still the same go toxstremity ,vod select say drama films they play but if ipress exit on remote nothing happen but vix comes up in left corner spinning around and have to switch box off then on again yes i am using jedimaker as well thanks ps server said nothing to do with him yet its built into his server details

Need to reflash it not factory reset it. You have multiple bootloaders on there meaning you can install different images as the box has 4 slot's. Once you have mounted a USB for extra memory reboot box and flash a new image on slot 2

Told ya it was the memory causing issues make sure you keep that USB installed for extra memory and you should be trouble free 👍
