IPTV Able to watch all countries except for any USA channels

This is largely because some iptv providers hawk their cheesy wares with 'no vpn needed' - even though a day later it may be needed.
Coupled with the fact that a lot of permanently baffled users think that putting a vpn into use will take a month of complicated settings changes and permutations when in reality it's about as difficult as drinking a glass of water.

Some of them have just paid for a 12m sub and when told they should use a vpn will happily pay for a different 12m sub rather than spend 5 minutes putting a vpn on the device.
It's like scrapping a car because the ashtray is full.
I understand that if some people have not got enough speed they may not want to use a VPN as it could make iptv unwatchable.

I have two suppliers I use a VPN on both I just dont want my isp to cop on I am watching IPTV

I don't think your isp could give a poo what you are watching.
They only enforce the EPL court order when they are forced to.
VM enforce it for first 2-3 weeks of the new season then don't bother.
Not been blocked for months without one since about October / November using VM

Not sure they can or do look that deeply into it myself, they know you're using data but it could be online gaming or Netflix as far as they know

Not sure. However they can tell if you have visited the bay or other sites. And Vodafone will kill your speeds immediately if you use IPTV

They can check all they want tbh unless get knock on the door and get sent to prison they can do one lol.

Vpn use only when really need to but not 24/7 personally.

My problem was resolved in the end and as I thought from the beginning it was definitely not on my side causing the issue.

I'll tell you my story and I hope lots of people and providers read this...

I had this problem for 2 weeks described in my op above where all country channels were working great except for any USA channel.

I was constantly in contact (direct messages) with my IPTV provider and all I got from him was "USA channels are working fine on my side, if I can't replicate the issue I can't fix it" I was telling him what the issue was for 2 weeks?? but he did nothing. It was no use to me telling me it's ok on his side...really what good is that to me?? He kept telling me it has to be my ISP blocking it... Rubbish.

I researched a lot about this and I decided to buy a cheap 24 hour sub from China and hey presto the USA channels worked great! I also put my VPN directly on my router and with or without the VPN the USA channels would not work from my provider. I told him this and I also told him I would ask other people on his main community chat channel all about this... He wasn't happy about that...I put it to him if the problem is not on your side or your source or balancing server or your delivery method to my side then how come a cheap China sub works for me? How come USA channels will not work for me with or without a VPN??....30 minutes later all my USA channels were back to normal and working ok!

The moral of this story is this... If you as a customer has a gut feeling that the IPTV issue is on the side of the provider then it is! They are a lot more variables on their side that can go wrong that will break there service to you, like there source, servers, balancing, hardware, even there own internet connection bandwidth. The only main variable on the customer side that can go wrong is the ISP. Providers will fill you with crap... Why? Because I'm my opinion they get greedy... They take on more customers than their hardware can handle, it's all a balancing act... As soon as my USA channels were fixed or got extra bandwidth back 2 country channels that I don't ever use went down... Surprise surprise....

Agree with you to some points that some is provider end without a doubt but then what can a provider exactly do if those streams are clearing on the servers and other end users are watching the channels that arnt clearing for you???

An example for you
I have a mate on bt all channels clear Inc usa ect his dad is on the exact same isp and the channels that clear for his son won't clear for him but all clearing server side both with same iptv provider.

A provider can look into the problem a small bit... That's what they can do instead of automatically thinking it's on the customer side.

Look I don't know maybe you yourself is a provider but when a customer tells you that they have tried everything that the provider has suggested to do and the customer actually does even more and go beyond what they should have to do like buying a cheap sub from China, testing 2 different VPN's on 2 different ISP to prove to the provider that is not on the customer side...really if that is not telling the provider the issue is not with the customer side then what is ? ? ?

I've been using IPTV for years since the early days and any time I had a problem no matter how simple or difficult the problem is the excuse from the provider is more than likely to blame the customer side and the customer ISP... Really it's the easiest excuse that they can give because they don't want to spend time looking into the problem that's usually 90% there side and there fault.

My line is up in a few months and I think I will change... See when I started with my provider 2 years ago there was 206 people in the chat channel and now there is 1289... But hey the problem is on my side and I'm blind and stupid lol

Sounds like he needs bigger streaming servers and load balancers mate

I have a backup provider and it is not working very well for me. I don't beleive it is his fault it is just one of those things.

I will just carry on looking for a backup till I find one that works. But the only reason I am this kind I know the guy off the forum and he is a decent bloke.

Yes and after having that cheap sub from China I'm thinking of getting a decent one from there... At least it won't cost an arm and six legs

The trouble is it costs alot of money to set a server up properly. You need alot of customers and some suppliers when starting out will try and cut costs.

That is why most providers are in partnerships.

Buying cheap not always a bad thing as some servers work better than the more expensive ones.

Best to keep testing until you are happy it's good for you.

Backup server is also good to have just in case of any issues.
