Just set the box up, moved it down stairs to see if it gets the same audio drop as the shield. It's pretty zippy for a cheaper box. I've set up Tivimate and stremio with no issues. Now just for more testing. The picture shows the size a nvidia 2017 and dreambox play ultra hd.
To be honest the homatics box is still in my tv cabinet and i have not swapped it back for the nvidia shield yet. I cannot comment on the z11 other than the homatics box is certified google tv box and therefore should allow netflix and others like prime to run in full hd.
I have a 4k Firestick latest version and a Z10 pro each used in different rooms but with similar make TV's and specs, but wondered if they Homatics 4K plus will give any better quality than my other two boxes as I am just about to set up an iptv in my other bedroom. I know for most people who are not so technically minded most of us see things differently and I guess its all subjective to how much technical knowledge and good eyes you have but was just wondering if there is any real noticeable difference for most users?
I haven’t seen any powerful certified devices lately for android.
The certified devices they’re making nowadays don’t need to be powerful because they’re just used for official mediocre quality streaming apps…
You have only really got the Apple TV 4k that’s the most powerful device on the market and certified but iOS.
The Buzz TV 6 is not certified…
The SoC is over 2 years old and not that powerful.
Also it only had 2gb of RAM , so I wouldn’t say it falls into the high end category of devices.
But if it fits your needs then that is all you need.
