The proposed new drink-driving limits will not be introduced before 2011 because the equipment used to test samples must be replaced.

typically irish, in the middle of the greatest recession we have ever known and huge cuts going on all round, and what do we find out, that our current machines cannot read a small enough reading

After all, they're only costing the Irish tax payer millions per year in warehousing charges.
