Not sure if this will help, but,
I had this happen a few times, I removed the cables, removed F plugs, cut down the cable, replaced F plugs and snipped the copper wire so it wasn't protruding above the F plug too much - not had a problem since.
You won't get any subscribed channels showing until MGcamd is running correctly, sometimes you need to stop it and then start again particularly after making a few changes.
