I agree stbemu is one of the worst apps on the market.

Give your supplier a chance to reply. I can tell you one thing a VPN will not stop your IPTV working. However, could cause a issue if your supplier dose not want you to use one.

I would suggest more to do with the app you are using.

So the one that won’t work was it working before hand?
Is it a new subscription you’ve put on it?

Hi yes it was working last week, then randomly i went to put a channel on the channel is blank screen, i can see the menu etc just a blank screen, no its the same subscription my sub isnt up until dec

It sounds like your provider may have changed something at their end? Have you receive any support from them?
