Put your box in deep standby,
Reboot your router
When router has fully rebooted, then restart box

If you only have one router then you shouldn't have to use a gateway,

Gateway - No
DHCP - yes

Put your box in deep standby,
Reboot your router
When router has fully rebooted, then restart box
I’ve rebooted the router twice already. Was working well when I left home. Setting this box up for my mum. Never had issues with network until now.

try unpluging lead from router lan socket put it in another lan socket in router then reboot box and router

Done as you asked. Gateway set to No.

Go to nameserver settings and change nameserver 1 to 8888
Nameserver 2 to 8844
Save and exit
Reboot
I initially did this in the beginning then it stopped working. As soon as I entered 8.8.8.8 the channel pop up working. Rebooting now.

for some reason named can servers get set back to 0 had it a few times.
That is down to a script in the ATV start up, I had to edit it for grogbuild to stop it happening, its the /etc/udhcpc.d/50default file, it resets the nameservers for some reason when the box is rebooted.
