Who owns all the image merchandise rights to Messi ?. If the club has anything to do with it I'm sure the club will have weighed this into his wages equation. That Asian market for the top clubs and players is absolutely huge.

Just slightly off the topic but still relevant to what players earn. Doesn't Sky make most of their Premiership money from selling the TV rights abroad?.
Isn't it something stupid like only 5%-10% of their Prem earnings come from the UK market ?.
