Newcamd issue

hi guys looking for info took a trial for a new backup line. Provider is getting this issue when i am connected on his panel. Newcamd (unknown please report)

any ideas whats causing it thanks

You posted for loads of requests so test them all out and go with the best service,Other just contact your own provider for help

If you are using the newer softcams, mgcamd 1.45 it always comes up as unknown, this is because the panel doesn't recognise it.
If you change to 1.38 it will change at the panel end.
Although it shouldn't make any difference if the provider knows what he's doing
