q5 line setup problem

does anyone have a step by step on how to get the line on the q5 cable box im having problems on where to enter it

Press the blue button to access the Network Server Config page.

You can enter your line manually there.

Choose NewCamd as protocol, as a lot of servers don't support CCcam.

tired it and it keeps saying connecting... it wont connect any ideas ??

In the settings > network config page can you ping google?

If not, check that DHCP set to ON?

I had to enter my line info twice, as mine didn't work the first time. I think I must have entered something wrong somewhere the first time.

Also, did you remember to press the green button to save the settings before exiting the menu?
