It's obvious what happened
Vm changed encryption = 90% of cable boxes went off = all switch to iptv = virgin can't cope with demand, well thought out manoeuvre which has left millions without tv or internet, but it could have been worse, imagine how bad it would be if everyone was forced to stay at home due to a deadly disease

Ffs I'm still in que for my non existing cable box to be fixed by grog surely he can fix mine before he fixes vm problems pmslCan't grog give us a step by step guide on how to fix it
