VM - Some Kids Channels Missing

Just noticed this morning that a few kids channels - Nick and Nick Jr (SD) have gone missing.

Is this the case all around or just me ?

Updated Provider files and ABM, but no joy..

Nick HD and Nick Jr both work here, Nick SD doesn't seem to clear though

try turning the cccam or mgcam off as i think vm are doing them for free for a while.

This is odd. Did an update and still no joy. The channels have gone missing from the list, not that they aren't clearing.

Can you go to all channels and try any other versions of the channels that are there, highlight the channel, then press the red button and check other version of the channels that you want to watch, if still no joy, then try a test line to rule out provider issue.

Set up
Reception
Manual scan
Type of scan set this to complete
When complete re run abm to see if they appear in the list again

If you have a Tivo or v6 box then the kids channels are part of VMs basic package, have been since December 2019, not sure if its permanant thing or not.

menu
setup
reception
ABM
update provider files

funny thing when i press - menu - setup= there is no reception what do i do to get to ABM and update files.

before it was reception it use to just say autobouquetsmaker. I'm sure I've had that problem before and I managed to find auto bouquets maker by holding the blue button or pressing portal on remote. not sure thou.

Mine's been doing that the last few days. HD goes off but SD works fine.

Go to Softcam, reboot server and cam (says reboot both) , it should work fine after that.
