xtreme editor no code

Hi up until last week i had xtreme editor on all three of my boxes now the code has disappeared on all three tried all the obvious stuff but no joy contacted supplier who say everything is fine any help would be greatly appreciated

Do a search on the forum, as this is pretty copmmon issue and easily fixed.
1st is to Reboot the router and also make sure you have no Internet Blockers or VPN etc on.
Cable direct to the Router too helps, or if via homeplugs, Power them all off and on / reset etc.
Give these a go and then Try...
If it is not getting a CODE, it's simply not getting out to get the code from Extreme Editor Side..
