Sat UK working again?

I think it's also to do with the courier companies just being too busy and cannot get on top of all this. Everyone is home shopping due to lock down. I bring parts in from Italy and Germany and our factory in Italy just puts a commercial invoice on the box. We then get billed for all the vat a week later. If I'm sending parts back I put them as under repair and put the country origin as Italy or Germany. The commercial invoice takes minutes. My packages have been moving ok just got a couple stopped today.

My package was dispatched on 4th Feb and returned to the sender yesterday. The company is claiming that due to Brexit, the custom did not allow to pass the package without the necessary and additional paperwork. So I had to cancel the order. No Viark Sat 4k box for me now :(

Update, managed to order Viark Sat 4k from Amazon.de with express delivery.

Was this from Spain sold by todomultimedia?, I have had one stuck with UPS in Madrid for 2 weeks, As far as I know I have paid the tax when purchased on Ebay already. UPS status keeps changing but it never moves from Madrid
 
good point, UPS tracking is great but they dont seem to be able to deliver anything anymore. They are in the wrong business clearly
 
I think a lot is BS regarding customs and Brexit,
I posted a package on Friday from the UK and it arrived in Dublin, EU, yesterday.
Maybe companies have more hoops to jump through, but surely they have smart people to deal with that,
The other option is that the EU is just making it very hard for companies to sell to the UK , which is crazy considering its EU companies that are losing out on UK money.

28e is supposed to be coming to an end on the viark boxes in the next few weeks, thats why it only makes sense to order a box ,at this current time, if you also have a Eurosat set up, if just for 28e, then you are taking a big chance, better to hold off and see what happens in the coming weeks, months.
