How would I go about manually changing the boot screen? ie which folder is the file stored and would it just be a case of replacing the file?

I have a black screen with white text of the current Verison of atv I'm running, very boring

Yea but some good boot screens in them

I have heard about the splash.bin, but never seen it on my searches or travels
I thought it was more old school

Haven't tried splash.bin for a while as it stopped working at some point on the H. models. They might of fixed it now

For some reason it will only flash on the H series with the bootloader.
Most other boxes are okay to flash via usb.

The splash.bin used to show while boot was displayed then mvi while the numbers counted

it was a nitemare for me too get the splash.bin to work on the H2 as all the what was normal methods wasnt working lol

Need to flaff a bit with photoshop see what ne logos can get
