woke up this morning and have lost onnection done 1819 on sky sports one no good done a factory reset still no good some one please help been looking forward to david haye fight for weeks now and looks like i gonna miss it

have you tried the obvious first? power off box,modem and router at rear for 30 secs then on give it a min and enable if needed.

Same here, I have tried several ways and still no luck.

Same problem done the restart still no connection. Do have FTA channels. Also if we do get connected again can we access the Khan fight?

so your pc and laptops still work but the sv does not,are your subs paid up?

Yea my laptop works fine and my sub is all paid, till January 2013

SYSTEM down, Maintenance being carried out, all should be back soon, DO NOT POST BOX DOWN OR NO CHANNELS !!!

i brought a 12 month package not so long ago there i a $ sign by most of the channel.

can i check when i'm dou to pay next as i'm not v-good at fixing things.

matter of guidance would be is to check on their site for problem,if it was a local problem pc or lappy would have no lan either,if subs paid up you should have a connection,only they can advise.

Just been reading and found out new software Veiw 3.00.ups released.

installed updated but still not working after reading says wait and should work
