I do loads of H2H and H2S what do you mean it doesn't work what happens?

In command prompt
Type in root, then enter
Next command is to type in the line code that was sent as an email, when j copy and try and paste into command, it won't paste

Just to add to the thread, make sure in putty that the correct box is ticked (the telnet one and not ssl or the other!!

After you enter root and press enter, what does it say?

Can you take a screen shot of your putty and show it (before entering the line details of course)...

Sounds to me like your not logged in..

When your connected to your box it will say login in as type root press enter then will say logged in @zgemmah2s(example box) but will say your box does it say that on putty
