The offical distributor of formuler is WOS. Kuul media if the offical distributor of buzz boxes. Neither of them own the brands.Kuul

Oh ok fair enough.

Those who buy from here then from kuul media should be able to get some discount compared to else where.

Kuul media is a TK sponser the list prices advertised on here are no cheaper than anywhere else. So could be a discount for tk members.

Just to throw spanner into works apple is supposed to be bringing a new device out and isn't tivo bringing one out

Gona be alot of competitors to these boxes be it buzz, formuler, shield or whatever.

Its all streaming so the big companies want to capitalise on it and make as much money as they can.

The big companies will be clamouring to become the market leader but I reckon they'll also go down the same route as amazon tends to by trying to restrict the use of their device for streaming illegal content... hence there'll always be a place in the market for your less known brands.

Haven't noticed Amazon trying to restrict illegal streaming.

None of them will it just means you will have to use tools like downloader to install certain apps. You can get most iptv apps on the playstore so google will always make money no matter what device you use.

I read that thread some time ago mate I mean any recent changes

They will always try to stop illegal apps being downloaded someway. Just nature of the beast.

But there are always way around getting apps on such devices.

Amazon aint stupid either maybe they could do something to permanently stop piracy on their devices.

Lets be honest they know why people use their firesticks it sure as hell aint to use it for amazon prime or iplayer etc :ROFLMAO:

If they ban by whatever mean illegal streaming of content on their devices then it will affect their sales on those devices in a massive way.

Thats why cant see them doing anything like that. Maybe I am wrong and they will bring changes sooner than we think.

If they wanted to stop it. The thing is it would be dead easy. all they have to do is remove the option allow apps from unknown sources. Would any company have the balls for that?

Thats what I mean they could flick that switch off in an instance.

As you say have the got the guts to do it.

If they ever do that they will lose s*it load of customers thats a guarantee.
