any ideas?

satmanUK the same channels are working fine downstairs on my skybox a3.
Gift is multiroom allowing two lines at same ip address.

I notice that the 3 channels you mention are all on vertical transponders.

Do you still get the same problem if you disconnect the LNB cable from the downstairs box?

Disconnected downstairs box as Kremmen suggested.
Channels are now back on upstairs box.

Can't understand why this has happened now.
Been fine upstairs for last 4 months or so.
Could it be anything to do with a trailing shotgun cable that was in original Sky BSB box but is not being used anymore?
Its just lying behind tv unit.
Can it short or something and interfere with other sattelite cable which runs alongside?
Thanks

Skyboxes & Openboxes are prone to losing channels on vertical transponders when another box connects to the same LNB.

There is a fix available on Ebay that connects between the affected box & the LNB cable.

Search Ebay for "no signal fix".

The spare LNB cable should be OK, as the seperate inputs on the LNB should be isolated from eachother. If you have any spare female to female back-to-back F connectors (used to join 2 cables together), then you could screw them onto the plugs to stop the inner connector from touching anything.
