Stream is jumping/ jittery

Hi guys my streams were working fine and now all of a sudden streams are available but bearly watchable as they keep partially freezing and jumping checked internet connection and is fine and other help appreciated

No vpn and tried contacting supplier no reply as of yet which is strange as normally very fast in replying

So this morning I have tried changing the hdmi cable to no avail it seems it’s the picture freezing and trying to catch up with the sound on most channels I have compared on mobile app and app is working fine

I did try this last night but the zgemma box would not connect to router and kept saying no internet connection

you will have to change settings in menu and select lan
Depends what image you are running but something like menu, setup, network, device

Does your provider also give you an app to try on a tablet or phone. Try those to see if its a hardware issue.

Given that you said it works fine on the mobile app I'd say try a different app on your hs9 if possible.

So I believe I have fixed it by reflashing the box but now I’m just trying to remember how to load my skins I had one from Shabs skins for sky that I liked
